Live records, in the field

The current record of every component, right where it's installed

Most buildings keep their electrical system in a set of as-builts, a binder of panel schedules and a spreadsheet nobody trusts. Start from what you have: photograph each panel schedule, add the transformers, switchgear and service, and link them. The model adds up the load from every panel to the service, and every component carries its own record and a QR label.

One model, from the service to the last panel

  • Now

    Assemble in minutes

Start from as-builts, or build from scratch. A panel photographed on site and a panel typed in behave the same afterwards.

  • Now

    Equipment register

Panels, transformers, switchgear, generators, transfer switches, motors and the service in one list, with nameplate details.

  • Now

A live model, not a file

Every saved edit recalculates the panel and carries up through switchgear and transformers to the service. There is no study to re-run and no version to reconcile.

  • Now

    Check and assess

Check the drawings you build from, or the design you are drawing up, against real capacity.

Easy NFPA 70B asset history

No separate maintenance system to set up. Each panel, transformer and piece of switchgear keeps its own record and its own history in the same model: every check-in, issue and note, dated, with who added it. A QR label on the door opens it.

  • Now

    Asset record

Tag, listing, installation, inspection and permitting dates, and a maintenance plan, on every component.

  • Now

    Asset history

Check-ins with the condition of maintenance, issues with a severity and due date, and notes on each unit, each dated with who added it.

  • Now

    Label

A QR code on every panel and asset opens a read-only sheet. Scanning needs no account.

  • Now

    Directory cards

Printed panel directory cards with each panel's QR code, one panel or the whole facility in one PDF.

  • Coming soon · Basic

    NFPA 70B program

Physical condition, checklists and the intervals they drive.

Records that live on the equipment

Asset management without the CMMS. Drawings, manuals and test reports filed on each component, one QR scan from the door.

  • Coming soon

    Test records

Test results attached to the equipment they came from, and a commissioning report per project.

Scan the panel, read the current record

A printed code inside the door, and a phone in front of it.

Taped inside the panel door. Scan it, no account needed.

See how the QR codes work

The same record, current, not the faded print-out.

Reports that print from the live record

Every report is drawn from the model when you print it, so it matches the panel the day you hand it over.

  • Now

    Drawing-ready schedules

Code checked and always updated from the model. Each schedule prints with its NEC load classification: every demand factor, the section it comes from and the circuits it covers. Letter or tabloid PDF.

  • Now

    Directory cards

Printed panel directory cards with each panel's QR code, one panel or the whole facility in one PDF.

  • Now

    Field survey sheets

A printed sheet per panel for walking the site.

  • Now

    Feeder schedules

The facility's feeders in one schedule, from source breaker to load, with a PDF.

  • Now

    Loads register

Every load in the facility, one table per load type, with connected load by type.

Questions

Do I have to draw the whole system first?
No. Link each panel to what feeds it, and the model follows the links.
What if I only have some of the drawings?
Start with the panels you have. Anything you haven't connected yet shows as not linked until you add it.
Who can see the QR sheet?
Anyone who scans it sees a read-only sheet. Editing needs an account.
Is there a panel schedule template?
You don't need one. Photograph the schedule you have and get an editable panel that adds up its own load. Try it free with your own schedule.

Start with one panel. Link the rest as you go.
